Packs can also generate​ Adventure Application Forms (AAF's) through Scout Tracker.  AAF's must be signed off by your GC or SRM before uploading the documentation to the drop box as a PDF.

All campers (youth/adults) need to be listed on attendance sheet. Alterations can be made a registration. Scout Tracker can also generate attendance lists (sign-up sheets or emergency list ) when creating the AAF's which can be used instead of the attendance form. Please upload to drop box as PDF. ​
Upon completing any additional forms, please save the file as a PDF and set the file name with the following format:
Example: For the group 1st RubberBoot the file name for the Attendance Form would be: DICC25_1stRubberBoot_attendanceform.pdf
