Final Numbers for Registration
Additional Forms
All campers (youth/adults) need to be listed on attendance sheet. Alterations can be made a registration. Scout Tracker can also generate attendance lists (sign-up sheets or emergency list ) when creating the AAF's which can be used instead of the attendance form. Please upload to drop box as PDF.

Packs can also generate Adventure Application Forms (AAF's) through Scout Tracker. AAF's must be signed off by your GC or SRM before uploading the documentation to the drop box as a PDF.

Upon completing the Final Numbers Forms and the Adventure Application Form (AAF), please save the file as a pdf and set the file name with the following format:
Example: For the group 1st RubberBoot the file name for the Final Numbers Form would be: DICC25_1stRubberBoot_FinalNumbers.pdf and the Adventure Application Form would be: DICC25_1stRubberBoot_AAF.pdf
Please, only fill out the Final Numbers Form if your numbers, youth or Scouters have changed.
